Samsung is gearing up to launch the much-awaited Samsung Galaxy A42 5G smartphone. The news assumes significance with the handset appearing on the official FCC certification website. Mukul Sharma aka @stufflistings, who is a self-proclaimed Techmaster and leakster took to his twitter account and shared the FCC document. The Galaxy A42 will provide support for 5G, which is set to create new benchmarks in the smartphone segment.

With FCC ID A3LSMA426B, the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G e-label can be located by navigating to Settings | About Phone | Status. You will also find the instruction of e-label on the online user manual. However, depending on the region or model, the relevant devices will require approval from the FCC. You can view the FCC ID on the device if your device is approved by the FCC.

The FCC statement also states that they have granted an Equipment Authorization code for Samsung Galaxy A42 5G based on the compliance of all reported SAR levels with the FC RF exposure guidelines.
