Xiaomi is scheduled to launch the much-anticipated Xiaomi Mi A2 and will be Amazon exclusive. The smartphone will offer several features and advanced technologies. Tagged as Picture perfect photos, the Xiaomi Mi A2 will launch in New Delhi at 4 PM today. The event will be live streamed across social media platforms starting at 4 PM.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 is equipped with a 5.99-inch (2160×1080, 18:9, 1500:1) FullScreen IPS Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected display, Snapdragon 660 processor, Adreno 512 graphics, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android One on top of the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. You will not be able to extend the storage via MicroSD card.
The rear side carries dual camera comprising of 20MP and 12MP sensors, while the front camera offers a 20MP sensor. The camera features AI-enabled portrait mode and Beautify 4 technology. You will be able to capture 4K videos at 30fps. A powerful 3010mAh battery provides support for Quick Charge 3.0 and the fingerprint sensor is embedded on the rear side of the Xiaomi Mi A2.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Xiaomi Mi A2 offers support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS including USB Type-C port. The phone also carries an IR blaster using which you can control TV and Set-top boxes. The price will be revealed during the launch event and will know after 5 PM.
