Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 at an event held in Champagne Gold, Blue, and Black color variants. The Mi Max 3 is equipped with a 6.9-inch FHD+ display concealed in an 18:9 aspect ratio. The highlight of the Mi Max 3 is the integration of MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Under the hood, the Mi Max 3 features a Snapdragon 636 processor running at a speed of 1.8Ghz. You will be able to run normal apps and games without any lags. The handset will be available in both 4GB and 6GB RAM variants comprising of 64GB and 128GB expandable internal storage variants. A powerful 5000mAh battery supplies the required power to run the handset.

While the rear camera features a dual camera setup comprising of 12MP and 5MP sensors, the front-facing camera offers an 8MP sensor. The 12MP sensor will have a f/1.9 aperture, while the 5MP sensor offers a f/2.0 aperture. The handset provides support for VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB-C port including an AUX port. The phone is upgradeable to MIUI 10 upon availability.

Talking about the pricing, the Mi Max 3 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will be priced at CNY 1699. If you would like to buy 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, you will have to pay CNY 1999. We can expect the launch of the device in India within the next few months.
