Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch of Mi Pad 4 on June 25 in China. According to a report published on Weibo, the next-generation Mi Pad 4 will launch on June 25. The post states that the tablet is all set to return with massive content. The term “heavy debut” signifies the fact that the device will ship with a massive battery.
Even though we don’t have any information about the specifications, there are reports that the Mi Pad 4 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor. Moreover, the gadget will most likely offer a massive 6000mAh to 8000mAh battery.
The weight of the tablet will be heavy than other tablets. It remains to be seen as to whether the company will provide an external keyboard dock.
The rear side will include a 13MP camera sensor, while the front-facing camera will have a 5MP camera that can be used for video calls. Like in the case of the Redmi Note 5, you can expect the addition of a bezel-less display. The possibility of a notch display is bleak since it doesn’t provide any value as far as tablets are concerned.
The Mi Pad 3 features a 7.9-inch display, Mediatek MT8176 processor, PowerVR GX6250 graphics, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera loaded with MIUI 8 upgradeable to MIUI 9. It’s interesting to note that Xiaomi has slapped a 6600mAh battery on the Mi Pad 3. Hence, you can expect a higher battery capacity of up to 8000mAh in the upcoming tablet.
