Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 now available for pre-order from offline stores

Xiaomi has announced the availability of the recently launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 through select Xiaomi partner stores. Hence, you will be able to purchase the flagship smartphone via offline instead of online mode through Flipkart, Amazon, and Snapdeal.

The catch is that you will have to visit your nearest Mi Partner Store and pay Rs. 2000 for booking Redmi Note 5. Moreover, you will be charged Rs. 500 on top of the default payment amount. The company is yet to reveal when the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will be made available in offline stores.

On the specifications front, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is equipped with a 5.99-inch IPS FHD+ (18:9) display, Snapdragon 625 processor, 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB expandable internal storage, 12MP rear camera sensor, 5MP front-facing sensor backed by a powerful 4000mAh battery. The rear camera provides support for PDAF, dual tone dual LED flash alongside f/2.2 aperture. The selfie camera is accompanied by a 5MP camera sensor.

The difference between Redmi Note 5 and Pro counterpart is the integration of a dual camera sensor paired with a 20MP selfie camera sensor. If you would like to save money, you can place an order on Flipkart for Rs. 9999 and Rs. 13999 for Note 5 and Note 5 Pro models.
